Message	just trying to say he is only trying to look at this alternative to stop the other 'little guy' from coming in and knocking-off a product...not from stoping some huge company like Wolf or Stillen from doing it. As both himself and this anticipated offender would be small companies with small legal budgest. The problem he's not seeing is that there is a backlog in the patent system, and in court it would still take years to sort out a problem if it were to arise no matter how big the offending company is.
